Universal Studios

On 24th of September, My brother and I went to Universal Studios at Sentosa. We had to wake up at 7am and take the MRT to Habour Front then take a bus to Resort World Sentosa. When we reached there, it was about 9am. We met our aunt and had breakfast at Coffee Bean. Although the food and drinks was delicious, I felt it was overpriced. However, The rent there is most probably very high too.
After breakfast, we went into Universal Studios. Even though it was only about 9.30am then, it was already buzzling with people. My father, who is a staff there, told us to go to the rides first. We walked through the attraction called 'Hollyhood' and 'New York' to the ride at 'Sci-fi'. Hollyhood and New York was suppose to look like what there name is, though i had never been to any of thoese places. There were many fake cars there, but they all look like cars that were during World War 2. We decided to take pictures later and went to the ride at 'Sci-fi'.
The ride was called 'Battle Galatica' , where sitting on the roller coaster was suppose to be a space ship that was fighting of enemies. There were two tracks, the red track and the blue track. The roller coaster on the red track is like the normal roller coaster, sitting on a seat, but the blue one was very special, where people on board was left hanging, with their legs pointing at the ground. I did not dare to take the blue track after taking the red one, so my aunt and brother took the blue track while I waited outside.
The next ride was Revenge of the Mummy, but I was too scared that I closed my eyes the entire journey. Even walking to the roller coaster scared me! that roller coaster was quite special though, it does not just move forward all the time, sometimes moving backwards too!
After that, we went to the Jurassic Park ride, which was something like sitting on a chair that moves very fast, but it was not very scary and I did not really see any dinosaurs.
The last roller coaster was a ride called 'Enchanted Airways', where the roller coaster looked like a dragon, that ride was the least exciting one, as it was the slowest among all the roller coaster rides.
We then had lunch at a fast food restaurant there, as my father had recommended. Everything there looked like things during World War 2, with a jukebox. The drawing too looks old. The price of the food was high too, almost twice as much as McDonald's.
After eating, we went to watch shows, like Water World and Shrek 4D. I liked the Water World, where there were gunshots and explosions. Shrek 4d was quite good too, as when the character sneezes, water will be shot at you.
When we finished everything, it was about 2pm. The sun was very glaring and the queues for most of the things were very long. We decided to head home. I had a great time at Universal Studios and wished to go back again!
